Natural Gas Vehicle
(NGV) Student Exchange Program

Natural Gas Vehicle ( NGV) Student Exchange Program Take Stock The Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) Student
Exchange seeks to foster awareness of the alternatives to fossil fuel burning automobiles and potential
employment opportunities that lie ahead for participants. The end product of the program will be increased job
preparedness and a better of
understanding NGVs.

Inner City Aquatic Proficiency Program (ICAP)

The Inner City Aquatic Proficiency Program’s (ICAP) origin came about in response to the 2005 drowning of a
New Jersey High School student. In early 2009 ICAP will commence with a Central NJ YMCA at their new multi-
modal facility, which includes a pool for recreation and another geared to competition.

Brooklyn Project

“Brooklyn: The Caribbean Imperative & an American Identity,” a first-of-a-kind presentation, focusing on the role West Indian style Carnival has played in defining contemporary American
culture. “Brooklyn” is an educational initiative that aims at invoking Carnival as a cultural language that has inevitably impacted and transformed the concept of an “America” as a place of possibility.
